Study Motivation

We all have different dreams. Many of us have dreams about occupations that require us to study hard. And I am sure that our dreams are sincere, but the path to our dreams gets deflected every now and then. It cant be any more true when I say that when I try to study, the whole universe is conspiring to not let me study. Lets face it. Sometimes its the fear, sometimes its the boredom, sometimes its the tiredness, sometimes its lack of interest and most of the times its simply laziness.

So here is an open letter presented as a motivation to study for your dreams and fly high up in the sky.

If you have the privilege to dream, dream high and walk on the path with all your strength. It might mean to sacrifice, but once you reach the hilltop, the little hardships during climbing don't mean a lot.

an unmotivated self,

I know its hard, maybe you don't understand it well after trying it thousands of times, maybe you are exhausted by looking at those books and notes, maybe you feel like giving up right now and study later but remember your dream that you had, remember the promise you made to yourself before starting this journey that you won't stop no matter what happens. You will study hard, late nights and early mornings. Are you breaking your promise? I totally understand that you need breaks but you need to know that Pinterest and Wattpad, Instagram and Netflix and what not, are not going to help you achieve your dreams They are not going to make you an excellent student or an excellent daughter/son, they are not going to help you prove those people wrong who feel you can't do it. They are not going to make your parents proud of a child they raised so hopefully

Try once more to understand. Try once more to finish your assignment. Try once more to devote your life to studying right now. Study for yourself. Study because you want to, not because you have to. Study because its you who wants to fly high and its you who wants to live a dream thats worth more than your sleep. Study for your parents who have supported you throughout their lives and who consider your goals to be theirs too. Study for the day, you can proudly raise your head high and make your parents feel proud that their sacrifices did not go waste. Study for the day, you don't have to look at those price tags before buying things you dream of. Study for the day you don't have to look back and regret. You can always enjoy yourself later. Trust me, if you enjoy beyond limits right now, you will regret later for your whole life cursing your own self and you will cry at your shattered dream, every time you think about it. For once, think about yourself, your dreams, your parents, their expectations, their sacrifices, their happiness when they will see you in an occupation that meant so much for them. It might be hard for you, but thats what life is all about and I know that you are way harder and tougher than that.

So go back again to your books and see what they have got for you. Respect them because they are your only friends right now who will help you get to your dreams. I assure you, you will not regret it.
